LINEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

LINEAR Watch Company warranties our products against all manufacturing defects for a period of two years from purchase. A defect is defined as any problem that arises from our manufacturing or the general functioning of the product that does not occur through normal (everyday) use. This includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, hands and straps.



So, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. 



In the case of manufacturing defects and if returned during the warranty period, your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge, within a reasonable time from being received. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a model of equal value will be provided. The customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product. 



Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt with the purchase e-mail.

Warranty does not cover:


- Loss/theft of the product.

- Damage due to normal use or wear & tear.

- General wear & tear on straps arising from normal use.

- Heavy impact or crush damage.

- Scratches to the case or crystal 

- Accidental glass damage

- Water damage due to crown not being screwed tight.

- Modifications or repair made by you or a repairer.

- Aging of leather or nato straps.

- Water damage of leather straps

Your LINEAR watch has a water resistance of 10ATM (10 atmospheres) or 100 meters. It is suitable for recreational surfing, swimming, snorkelling, sailing and water sports but it is not a divers watch.
