Do I need to pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free!
Will I need to pay duties and taxes?
No. We take care of duties and taxes for all orders purchased on www.linearwatch.co. What you see is what you pay.
When will I receive my order?
We'll ship order within 1-2 business days of your order being placed; depending on whether the order is received on the weekend or if there is a public holiday.
We are based in Sydney Australia. All orders will be shipped from here.
Within Australia: 1-2 business days
USA: 4-7 business days
UK: 4-7 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
Asia: 4-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-9 business days
We ship using Australia Post and and other services such as FedEx & DHL.
Shipping delays
Delays will sometimes occur due to customs clearance at destination and peak season, so LINEAR Watch Company holds no liability for delays. All orders and shipments are insured at the expense of LINEAR Watch Company.
Unclaimed deliveries?
If the courier is unable to deliver your package and the shipment has to be returned to us, you will be refunded as soon as we receive the package, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. Please remember that you will receive a tracking number and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation.Returns policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt.Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as store credit. Items must be returned in their original unused condition, including all original packaging.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS!:
Orders placed until December 15 have an extended returns window - you have until January 15, 2023 to initiate a return (rather than the normal 30-day window).
